100 websites for £100    Terms and Conditions.

  1. One website per cutomer, no multiples can be purchased or combined to up-scale the offer.
  2. Closing date for this offer is 31st May 2012. All websites must be paid for before this date.
  3. One website allocated per day. Weekends included, allocation day may differ from day of purchase.
  4. Completion of sites will be allocated a timescale, subject to your content being ready to publish at purchase.
  5. Website will consist of 3 pages, with customisable background image, background colour, text, images, links and other content.
  6. Website can be used for personal or small business use, but cannot be used as an online shop.
  7. Customers are to supply content, which can be sent to MRCweb via email, or on disc in the post.
  8. Page 1, will be the homepage and will contain basic information about your website.
  9. Page 2, will be a general page with any content, for example information about your product or you, or a gallery page with upto 100 images.
  10. Page 3, will be a contacts and info page with you or your business contacts, plus a Google linked map of your location, for visitors to find directions if necessary.
  11. Website is not to include or promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or age, nor contain unlawful material, sexually explicit or violent material, or any content deemed by MRCweb to be unsuitable.
  12. Your website will have links through the website, including a navigation bar at the top of the page, and a list of pages at the bottom of the page.
  13. All pages will contain a small link to MRCweb website which is included at the very base of the page, in the small print.
  14. You will get upto 250 email accounts on your domain, MRCweb will set up 2 for you, and after completion you may set up as many more of the 250 emails that you may require.
  15. You will need to purchase your own website domain, for an additional fee, which we can do for you, charges with our partner (www.1and1.co.uk) for domain hosting are currently £2.49 per month, £29.88 per year plus £2.99 per year for .co.uk domains, £8.99 per year for .com domains. (Price subject to change, beyond MRCweb's control).
  16. Your total price for a .co.uk website is currently £35.36 for the first year, and £29.88 for the second year. Website must be online for two years minimum, after 2 years you are free to cancel your website hosting, or transfer your website to another hosting company. (Price subject to change, beyond MRCweb's control).
  17. MRCweb will require bank details to set up a direct debit for your website hosting, unless you complete this for yourself. No money will be taken without your prior knowledge.
  18. Your website hosting account will be handed over to you on website completion, and you will have free reign to add, amend, remove any content or pages that you wish.
  19. To be eligible for this offer you must be a UK resident.
  20. MRCweb can withdraw or amend this offer at any time, without notice.
  21. Payment of the £100 for this offer must be paid in full to receive your website, non payment will result in your website being deleted, but we will endevour to reslove any dispute or issue within our reasonable control.
  22. Notification of cancellation may be made within 7 days of purchase, by email to 100@mrcweb.co.uk or if outside of this timeframe with mutual agreement of MRCweb, and a refund will be made in full in a timely manner, in the same method in which you have paid. Cancellation for your website hosting are to be made direct to our hosting partner (www.1and1.co.uk) and are to be cancelled within 7 days of purchase also.
